In 2019 the Chicago Bears had one of the worst rushing attacks in the league. They were ranked 27th in rushing yards and 28th in rushing TDs. Although most of the blame goes to the O-line the RB room isn’t without blame.
Tarik Cohen has the explosive ability to score whenever however. He can pass, catch, run and punt return. Unfortunately he underproduced this year, Cohen had 994 all purpose yards and 3 touchdowns. Cohen will turn 25 in July and is entering his fourth year in the league. Which is also his contract year.
David Montgomery is more of an agility and power back. In his rookie year he showed the ability to make any defender miss. With a better O-line he could easily be a top 10 Rb in the league. Montgomery has tremendous upside and is only 22 years old. Who should be the premier back in Chicago?
