Even though the NBA season actually might not happen due to the rise of COVID, the Knicks coaching search is still moving forward!
The Knicks plan on interviewing Mike Brown for the head coaching position. Mike Brown is an associate coach for the Warriors and was previously a head coach for the Lakers and Cavs.
If all rumors are true, this is the 10th coach the Knicks plan on interviewing. It was previously rumored that the Knicks planned on interviewing 8-10 coaches, so we will have to see if this is the last coach getting an interview. This could also mean that Mark Jackson will not be getting an interview.
BREAKING NEWS: As expected the Knicks also plan on interviewing Jason Kidd for the head coaching job. Kidd previously was the head coach for the Bucks and Nets. He is the 11th coach interviewing for the role. This means the Knicks ARE interviewing more than 8-10 coaches. Interesting. Maybe Mark Jackson will get an interview!?
