Is Firing David Fizdale the Right Move for The Knicks?

I think it is but I might be a biased knick fan. But there have been rumors that Steve Mills is on the hot seat, and Masai just declined an extension from the Raptors and is intrigued by the Knicks. In the NBA, it all starts from the top, and since Dolan will be the owner until he dies, at least he is finally realizing that the front office, especially Steve Mills is not fit for the job, which is why he is rumored to be fired or reassigned at the end of the year. This is the reason KD and Kyrie didn’t join, the reason Julius Randle was our best player, and the reason the Knicks have been so bad for so long. With a bunch of young guys that seem to have talent, and a most likely great pick in this years draft, it looks like the Knicks are finally learning how to rebuild a team. Fizdale wasn’t the answer, the team didn’t believe in him, there were no set plays, and we were getting blown out. Fizdale is a great guy, but not a great coach, and I understand the rest of the coaches are going to back him up, but thats what coaches do. They aren’t going to thrash each other. Fizdale is more of a developmental coach, and with the roster he was given, he wasn’t suited for the job. Period. I wish the best for Fizdale, but it wasn’t the right circumstances. I am hopeful for the Knicks in the future, but that is the case every year and then they crush my dreams, but maybe this time will be different… I hope.
