    Bolts Dominate in Jacksonville

The Chargers who sat at 4-8 came into Jacksonville and dominated en route to a 45-10 victory. The Chargers coming into week 14 were coming off a heart breaking loss at the hands of the Denver Broncos. The Bolts who had tied the game at 20 were looking to hold off the Broncos and take the game to overtime. With around 40 seconds left the Broncos were able to get a pass interference and win the game with a field goal. This week the Bolts had enough. Rivers who turned 38 on Sunday started off hot and got the Chargers to a 24-3 lead at half. Ekeler then started off the 2nd with a 84 touchdown to go up 31-3 and became the first charger since 1985 with 200 receiving and rushing yards. The Chargers would go to win 45-10. Although the Offense was amazing, a lot of the credit has to go to the defense. The Bolts were able to shut down Minshew and the Jaguars offense and showed a performance we haven’t seen since the wild card game last year. Rivers shined on his birthday going 16/22 over 300 yards and 3 TDs. Overall a great performance and although the Bolts are eliminated from playoff contention, they are close to another Super Bowl run. The Chargers take on the Minnesota Vikings this Sunday in LA.
