    Greg Abbott

Well, he’s not angry. He’s just going to see a Texans game. Or maybe even a Rangers game if the MLB negotiations work out.

Today, Abbott announced the resuming of play for professional sports teams in June. He also added that outdoor stadiums will be allowed to host fans up to 25% of their capacity.

25% capacity of the MLB’s Texas Rangers’s stadium, Globe Life Park, is 12,778 people. The Houston Texans’s NRG Stadium holds 18,055 people at 25%. The Astros’ Minute Maid Park holds 10,292 fans at quarter capacity.

As the stadiums of the Cowboys, Rockets, and Mavericks are indoors, they are exempt from fans.

COVID-19 cases in Texas have been spiking recently.

Maybe Abbott will catch an Astros game and bang on a couple trash cans?
