As the proposed 22 team format to restart the 2019-2020 season in Orlando has officially been approved, some important dates have started to be created.
Training Camp will start on June 30th.
The NBA season will resume on July 31st.
The NBA draft lottery will take place on August 25th
The NBA draft will take place on October 15th.
Free Agency will start on October 18th.
And the 2020-2021 NBA season will most likely start around December 1st.
Also, this means that the Knicks are officially done for the year, and will start looking for their new coach, with Tom Thibodeau as the front runner.
This is great news as basketball is officially back, and we now know a lot more about the future of the NBA!
The Knicks who haven’t played since 3/11, will most likely play their next game on 12/1. Insane.
