Alex Kirilloff is the #31 prospect in baseball according to mlb.com and #32 for Baseball America. He is a hit first OF/1B who could fit in one of the corner outfield spots. Though he is a below average defender right now he has the potential to become an average defender in the corner outfield. He hits for both contact and power while working into deep counts and using all fields. The main problem with Kirilloff are the injury concerns. He missed the whole 2017 season and a part of the 2019 season with different injuries. His durability is definitely a question which is why he started getting playing time at first base.

Kirilloff’s numbers are real and this is what his floor could look like. He had a .333 BABIP and has plenty of room to improve and move up prospect lists in 2020. The reason I have him as the #33 prospect is because of his injuries and defense but there is a case to rank him both higher and lower.
